As a Alarm Technician with us, you will meet our customers in their homes and provide high-quality security by carrying out professional installations of new alarm systems and servicing existing facilities.

Currently, we need to strengthen our team with an Alarm Technician in/near Stockholm. The work is based from home with a company vehicle, so you should be living in/near this area.

About the position The employment starts with training consisting of theoretical and practical elements and ends with field training together with an experienced colleague who acts as a mentor. The training prepares you to independently commission new alarm systems and perform service on existing ones. Your focus will be to provide customers with first-class protection and security by securing their homes.

This also means that you will go through and educate the customer on how to use our alarm system and also introduce our apps. The goal is not to leave a customer with weak security points. It is important to do everything to provide security to the customer.

The position is full-time.

Who are you?

• You have a B driver's license
• You are free from remarks in the criminal record, this is of utmost importance as we are a company that delivers security solutions to individuals in their homes
• If you have an interest in technology and sales, it is a plus, but also something you will of course receive training and coaching on
• You master the Swedish language well in speech and writing
• You are service-oriented, customer-oriented, goal-oriented, and place great emphasis on customer preferences and ensuring they are met

So, you are a person who enjoys helping people and can interact with them in a humble and professional manner. We work with low voltage, which means you do not need to be a qualified electrician to apply for the position.
